Once the payment has been received by us, you will receive your e-ticket by email.
Each ticket is registered by name, on November 11th you either print it out and take it with you and taken or show the digital ticket on your mobile phone.
Upon receipt, a checklist will be checked on the name of your ticket.
For us it is important to be able to calculate the number of participants for the workshops and to see who will be present during each part of the day. For completion of the workshops, 15 participants per workshop are the minimum! We ask for your understanding.
We will inform everyone before November 9th, whether the workshops will take place. Should a workshop unexpectedly not continue, you will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount of the ticket you have ordered. You do not have to do anything about that; This amount will be refunded automatically to your account!

Nadat de betaling door ons is ontvangen, ontvang je je e-ticket per email.
Voor ons is het belangrijk om het aantal deelnemers voor de workshops te kunnen incalculeren en zicht te hebben op wie er aanwezig zal zijn tijdens welk dagdeel.
Elk ticket wordt daarom op naam geregistreerd, deze dien je uit te printen en op de dag van het evenement mee te nemen of bij binnenkomst op je mobiel te tonen. Bij ontvangst zal aan de hand van een gastenlijst gecontroleerd worden op welke naam je ticket geregistreerd staat.
Voor doorgang van de workshops zijn 15 deelnemers per workshop het minimum!
We vragen hiervoor om je begrip.
Wij zullen iedereen informeren vòòr 9 november a.s. of de workshops doorgang vinden.
Mocht een workshop onverhoopt niet doorgaan, dan heb je recht op restitutie van het gehele bedrag van het door jou bestelde ticket. Hiervoor hoef je niets te doen; dit bedrag zal automatisch op je rekening worden teruggestort!
